Summary by Archive | |
Summary | It is an imperial decree concerning the contraband activities of two Janissary captains active in the Black Sea region. Under the guise of commercial trips, Hacı Ali from 55c and Ahmed from 54b sailed to Istanbul, loaded their ships with various ammunitions and sold them around Abhaziya. As such contraband activities were strictly forbidden, they were ordered to be exiled to and imprisoned at the fortress of Mevleve. |
