An imperial order to the governor of Kefe and to the judge and the fortress guardian of Kale-i Cedid, concerning a transaction dispute. İsmail sold and delivered three slaves and a ship to Bayrakdar Kara Ali, Nasuh Ağa and Derviş Reis, all residents of Kale-i Cedid in return for an unspecified amount.  Despite the suspension of the transaction, the buyers were reluctant to deliver the ship and the slaves back to İsmail.
