Evita Dandali studied History and Archaeology at the University of Crete and received her MA degree in Ottoman History from the same university. As of October 2020 she participates as a PhD student in the research project “JANET – Janissaries in Ottoman Port-Cities: Muslim Financial and Political Networks in the Early Modern Mediterranean”.
